Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Natton Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us"), which runs the Natton SkillX brand. They apply when you use our website (nattonskillx.com), submit a form, use the AI Placement Hub, or join our programs, workshops, events or counselling sessions.

By using the website or our services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

If you are under 18, you may use our services only with the consent and involvement of your parent or lawful guardian. For programs delivered through a school or college, the institution arranges participation with parents. A parent or guardian who submits a form for a child confirms that they have the authority to do so.

The descriptions of programs on this website are general. The specific content, schedule, mode (online or in person), duration and fee of a program are confirmed with you in writing when you enroll.

• We may update a program’s curriculum to keep it current. If a change significantly affects a program you have already paid for, we will tell you.
• The free AI Awareness Workshop has no fee and no obligation to buy anything.
• Programs delivered through schools and colleges are covered by the written agreement with that institution (see below).

When you submit a form on our website, you ask us to contact you about that enquiry and agree that we may do so by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp or email, even if your number is registered on the National Do Not Call (DND) registry. We will contact you only about what you asked for and related Natton SkillX programs, and you can ask us to stop at any time by replying or contacting us.

• Fees are not published on this website. Our team shares the fee, payment options and any installment plans when you inquire, and confirms them in writing when you enroll.
• Refund, cancellation and rescheduling terms for a paid program are the ones confirmed to you in writing at enrollment.
• If an academic or medical conflict comes up, you can ask to move to a later batch. This depends on availability.

• Students who complete a program’s requirements, which are shared at enrollment, receive a Natton SkillX Certificate of Completion with a unique ID.
• Anyone can ask us to verify a certificate by sharing its ID with us.
• Certificates must not be altered. We may withdraw a certificate that was obtained through dishonesty or misconduct.

• The Placement Hub is for enrolled students. Access is given with sign-in details that you must keep private and not share. You are responsible for activity under your access.
• We may suspend or end access if it is misused or when your enrollment ends.
• Resume suggestions, keyword matches, interview feedback and scores are generated automatically, partly by third-party AI models. They can be wrong or incomplete. Please review everything before you use it, especially anything you send to an employer.
• Job listings come from third-party job boards. We do not control them, and we do not guarantee that a listing is accurate, still open, or that you will be selected. Any application is between you and the employer.

The CareerX quiz and our one-to-one counselling give guidance to help you make informed choices. They are not a guarantee of admission to any course or institution, of employment, or of any particular result. Decisions you make based on our guidance remain your own.

When using our website and services, you agree not to:

• Break any law, or use our services for fraud or to harm others.
• Submit someone else’s personal details without their permission.
• Try to access areas you are not authorized for, disrupt the website, or collect data from it by automated means.
• Harass, bully or disrespect other learners, trainers or staff in any session.
• Submit work that is not your own in program assessments.

We may remove anyone from a session or suspend access for serious or repeated breaches.

Our course materials, presentations, website content, logos and the Natton SkillX brand belong to Natton Technologies Private Limited or its licensors. You may use program materials for your own learning. You may not copy, share publicly, sell or re-upload them without our written permission.

Anything you create or submit, such as your resume, stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only as needed to provide the service to you.

Partnerships with schools, colleges, NGOs and CSR partners are governed by a separate written agreement or memorandum of understanding. If that agreement and these Terms conflict, the agreement applies.

Our website links to other websites and services, such as job boards, WhatsApp and Google Maps. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

We work hard to keep our website and services accurate and available, but we provide the website "as is" and cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the extent permitted by Indian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for problems caused by internet outages or by third-party services we rely on. Our total liability to you for any program is limited to the fees you paid us for that program. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect the written terms already confirmed to you for a program you have enrolled in.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a complaint, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be subject to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, without affecting any right you have to approach a consumer forum.

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest continues to apply.
